Do techs have their own tools?
Our techs have their own tools including punch down tools, cutters, screw drivers, power drills, crimpers, levels, PPE (personal protective equipment), and ladders upon request.
How Does Pricing Work?
Rates vary depending on your location, and on skills required to complete the project. Rates are always All-Inclusive though. And we promise to provide you with clear and competitive pricing.
Are your Techs Insured?
Yes, our techs are insured.
Can you perform same day service calls?
No. We’ll need at least 24hrs notice in most cases. There’s also a 1-day minimum requirement for our services.
Do we need to send a Lead to manage LVLS techs?
Yes. Our techs will need to work under your on-site project lead.
In which locations can LVLS help us?
We operate Nationally. Our techs are usually located within 30 miles or less of your job site. We handle all of the transportation logistics on our end.
What if we really like a tech from LVLS…Can we hire them?
Nope :-(. Please understand that our techs are essentially our lifeline. We have a pre-arranged understanding with all of our clients that our techs aren’t available for hire.
